Sinclair baseball team ranked fourth in NJCAA Division II pre-season poll
The Sinclair Community College baseball team is ranked fourth in the NJCAA Division II pre-season baseball poll. The Tartan Pride finished last season with a 51-10 overall mark and won the OCCAC with a 27-1 record. They finished third in the NJCAA Region XII baseball tournament last season. The Tartan Pride will open season on February 21 at Chattanooga State Community College.
Kellogg Community College is ranked eighth in the pre-season rankings. The Bruins finished last campaign with 40-15 overall record and won the MCCAA Western Conference with a 26-2 mark. They won the MCCAA Championship and the NJCAA Region XII baseball championship. They advanced to the NJCAA Division II National Tournament, where they went 1-2. They will open the 2020 season on February 28 at number two Louisiana State University-Eunice.
Lansing Community College is ranked 16th in the pre-season poll. The Stars were 36-9 overall mark and won the MCCAA Eastern Conference with a 27-1 record. They went 1-2 in the NJCAA Region XII baseball tournament. Lansing will ope the season on March 8 against Minnesota State Community & Technical College in Florida.
