Schoolcraft College men's basketball is fifth in this week's NJCAA Division II Poll

The Schoolcraft College men's basketball moved up two sport to number five in this week's NJCAA Division II men's basketball poll. The Ocelots are 7-0 on the season after beating Jackson College and Lake Michigan College last week. They will host Lansing Community College on Saturday for their next contest. 

Mott Community College moved up two spots to number six in this week's poll. The Bears are 9-0 on the season after beating both Mid Michigan College and Grand Rapids Community College last week. They will return to the court on Wednesday when they play at Lansing Community College. 

Delta College moved up one spot to number seven in this week's poll. The Pioneers are 7-0 on the season after beating Lansing Community College last week. They will play Wednesday when they will host Jackson College. 

Cuyahoga Community College fell seven spots to number 13 in the this week's rankings. The Challengers enter the week with a 9-2 record after losing to Henry Ford College and beat Wayne County Community College District last week. They return to action on Friday when they play at the Cecil (MD) College Tournament against a yet to be named opponent. 

St. Clair County Community College breaks into the top 20 this week at number 20. The Skippers are 9-1 on the season after beating both Kellogg Community College and Sinclair Community College last week. They return to the hardwood on Friday at Lake Michigan College. 

Macomb Community College dropped out of the top 20 this week into the other schools receiving votes category this week. The Monarachs are 7-1 on the season after losing to Division I Monroe (NY) College and beating then number 18 - Lackawanna (PA) College. They will host St. Clair College next Wednesday. 

Lakeland Community College is in the other schools receiving votes again this week. The Lakers are 9-2 on the season after beating Jamestown (NY) Community College and Owens Community College last week. They will play again on Friday when the face Genesee (NY) Community College at the Niagara (NY) County Community College Tournament. Genesee is in the other schools receiving votes category as well. 

Henry Ford College also remains in the other schools receiving votes category again this week. The Hawks are 6-2 on the season after upseting then number six Cuyahoga Community College last week. They are off until Friday when they will play Niagara (NY) County Community College in the NCCC Thunderwolves Classic. The Thunderwolves are also in the other schools receiving votes category. 

Ancilla College is in the other school receiving votes category this week. The Chargers are 7-2 on the season after beating Prairie (IL) State College last week. They will host Indiana Institute of Technology JV on Thursday for their next contest.
