Schoolcraft College men's basketball up to number three in latest NJCAA Division II poll

The Schoolcraft College men's basketball team has moved up two spots this week to number three in the NJCAA Division II men's basketball poll. The Ocelots are 6-0 on the season after going 2-0 last week. They defeated both Lake Michigan College and Edison State Community College last week. They will return to action on Wednesday, December 4 when they travel to face Lansing Community College. 

Ancilla College moved up four spots to number six in this week's poll. The Chargers are 4-0 on the season after beating Morton College last week. They will return to action on Tuesday, December 3 when they host LaFitte Prep. 

Mott Community College drops 16 spots this week to number 20 after going 1-2 on the week. The Bears defeated Edison State Community College before falling to both Grand Rapids Community College and Mid Michigan College. They are off until Wednesday, December 4 when they face Kellogg Community College in Battle Creek, MI. 

Mid Michigan College enters the poll in the other schools receiving category this week. The Lakers are 4-1 on the season after going 2-0 last week. They beat both Wayne County Community College District and then number four Mott Community College last week. They return to action tonight when they host Alma College JV. 

Oakland Community College also enters the poll this week in the others receiving votes category. The Raiders are 5-0 after beating Nationwide Prep last night. They won their only game last week against Region XII opponent Bryant & Stratton (OH) College. They return to action Tuesday, December 3 when they host Michimo Global. 

Sinclair Community College also enters the poll this week in the other schools receiving votes category this week. The Tartan Pride are 5-1 on the season after going 2-0 last week. The defeated Cedarville University JV and the U.S. Naval Academy JV. They will return to the hardwood tonight when the host OCCAC rivals Columbus State Community College. 

Muskegon Community College is in the other schools receiving votes category this week. The Jayhawks are 4-1 on the season. They went 2-0 last week defeating Columbus State Community College and then number 18 St. Clair County Community College. The return to the court on Saturday, December 7 when they host Alpena Community College.
