Cuyahoga softball team ranked 17th in this week's NJCAA Division II softball poll

The Cuyahoga Community College women's softball team dropped two spots to number 17 in this week's NJCAA Division II women's softball poll. The Triceratops are 15-5 overall on the season. They went 3-1 last week splitting with Surry (NC) Community College before sweeping Patrick Henry (VA) Community College. They will open the OCCAC season on Friday when they travel to face Edison State Community College. 

Jackson College fell in the the poll this week to the others receiving votes category this week after being ranked 15th last week. The Jets are 15-5 overall and 5-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference after going 3-3 last week. They split with Lake Michigan College, got swept by Oakland Community College and swept Ancilla College. They will host Muskegon Community College on Friday in their next doubleheader.
