Ivy Velazquez of Oakland CC named NJCAA Division II Softball Player of the Week

Oakland Community College softball Player Ivy Velazquez has earned NJCAA Division II Player of the week honors for the week of March 2nd. In 11 games last week, she batted .714 with 24 RBI and 16 runs.
Lansing softball drops one spot to number 20 in this week's NJCAA Division II poll

The Lansing Community College softball team is down one spot this week to number 20 in the NJCAA Division II softball poll. The Stars entered the week 1-3 after splitting with then number three Jones (MS) College and then getting swept number 15 East Central Mississippi Community College.

The Lansing Community College softball team is ranked 18 in the NJCAA Division II women's softball poll for the second week in a row. The Stars were number 17 in the first two polls, before slipping to number 18 last week.
Sinclair CC softball team ranked 11th in NJCAA Division II pre-season poll

The Sinclair Community College softball team is ranked 11th in the NJCAA Division II pre-season softball poll. The Tartan Pride finished last year with a 32-16 overall record and 14-2 mark in the OCCAC.
