NJCAA Division III Pre-Season Women's Soccer Poll has Delta College ranked third
The Delta College women's soccer team, who finished third at the NJCAA Division III National Tournament, are ranked third in the NJCAA Division III Women's Soccer Pre-Season Poll. The Pioneers defeated Rowan (NJ) College of Gloucester County 5-4 in penalty kicks in the third place game at Nationals. The Pioneer won the NJCAA Region XII women's soccer championship by beating Cincinnati State Technical & Community College 6-0.
The Pioneers finished the season with a 15-2-2 overall record and were runner up in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association with an 8-1-1 record.
Delta College will open the season on Wednesday, August 22 at 4:00 PM when they travel to Jackson, MI to face the Jets at Jackson College.
