Owens volleyball team ranked number one in final NJCAA Division III volleyball poll

The Owens Community College women's volleyball is ranked number one in the final NJCAA Division III volleyball poll. The defending Division III National Champions are 40-4 after claiming the NJCAA Division III Mid Atlantic A District Tournament on Saturday. They are the number one seed in the NJCAA Division III National Tournament and will play either Harrisburg (PA) Area Community College or Jefferson (NY) Community College on Thursday, November 14 in the quarterfinals. 

Columbus State Community College remains locked in the the third spot in the polls. The Cougars claimed the NJCAA Division III Mid Atlantic B title on Saturday and are currently 26-9 overall. They are seeded third in the NJCAA Division III Volleyball Tournament and will play the winner of Jamestown (NY) Community College and Fashion Institute of Technology (NY) on Thursday, November 14 in a quarterfinal match.
