Freshman Emily Blenk of Columbus State Community College is the 2019 NJCAA Region XII Division III women's cross country individual champion. She finished the five kilometer race in 20:30.4.
Cuyahoga Community College claims first ever NJCAA Region XII Division I Women's Cross Country Championship

For the first time in school history the Cuyahoga Community College women's cross country team is the NJCAA Region XII Division I women's cross country champions. The Triceratops place five runners in the top ten for 35 points to beat Lansing Community College who posted a score of 53 points.

The Lansing Community College women's cross country team slide three spots to number 14 in the latest NJCAA/United States Track & Field/Cross Country Cross County Coaches Association poll. The Stars finished 16th of 31 teams at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational last Saturday.
Lorain County women's cross county drops two spots in this week's poll

The Lorain County Community College women's cross country team dropped two spots this week to number six in the NJCAA/United State Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association poll to number six. They ran last Saturday at the All-Ohio Championship but only had four runners finish, so they did not have a team score.

Lorain County Community College freshman runner Kelsey Gannon has been named NJCAA cross country runner of the week. Gannon won the Bruce Bridgeman Invitational, hosted by Finger Lake (NY) Community College with a time of 23:09.
