Caleb Baragar, former Jackson College pitcher, named AAA Championship MVP.

Caleb Baragar, a former pitcher for Jackson College, has been named MVP of the minor league baseball AAA Championship Most Valuable Player. Baragar is a member of the Sacramento River Cats of the Pacific Coast Leauge. They are the AAA affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. He started the game for Sacramento pitching five innings, allowing two hits, no runs, one walk and struck out five as the River Cats beat the Columbus Clippers 8-0 in the Championship game. Baragar has split time this season at Single A level San Jose, AA level Richmond and with the River Cats. He was drafted by the Giants in the ninth round of the 2016 Draft.
