The latest NJCAA Division II men's basketball poll has Schoolcraft College up to number two

The Schoolcraft College men's basketball climbed one spot to number two in this week's NJCAA Division II men's basketball poll. The Ocelots are 19-1 overall and 10-1 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. The Ocelots went 3-0 last week beating Oakland Community College, Macomb Community College and Delta College. They will hit the court again on Saturday when they host Wayne County Community College District. 

Mott Community College tumbled three spots this week to number 11. The Bears are 19-3 overall and 7-3 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference after defeating Wayne County Community College District last night. They went 1-1 last week, beating Macomb Community College before falling to Henry Ford College. They will return to the hardwood tomorrow night when they host #14 - St. Clair County Community College. 

St. Clair County Community College jumped up four spots in this week's rankings. The Skippers are 20-4 overall and 7-3 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. They posted wins over Alpena Community College and Oakland Community College last week. Their next game is Wednesday when they travel to face #11 - Mott Community College. 

Edison State Community College moved up two spots this week to number 17. The Chargers are 19-4 overall and 7-3 in the OCCAC so far this season. They defeated Hocking College and Bryant & Stratton College last week and will be back in action tonight when they host Miami University-Middletown. 

Cuyahoga Community College also moved up two spots to number 18 this week. They Triceratops are 19-5 overall and 10-1 in the OCCAC after beating Owens Community College last night. They went 2-0 last week with wins over Lorain County Community College and Hocking College. They are back in action tomorrow night when they will travel to face rival Lakeland Community College. 

Henry Ford College remains in the other schools receiving votes category again this week. The Hawks are 17-7 overall and 9-2 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. They were 2-0 last week beating Oakland Community College and upsetting then number eight Mott Community College. Their next game is tomorrow night at Macomb Community College.
