Lansing moves up to number 11 this week in USTFCCCA/NJCAA Division I Poll

The Lansing Community College men's cross country team vaulted six spots this week to number 11 in the latest United States Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association/NJCAA Division I Men's Cross Country Poll. The Stars finished second at the Jayhawk Invitational last week hosted by Muskegon Community College. Lansing will return to action this weekend at the EMU Fall Classic at the Huron Mills Metro Park in Dexter, MI.

Muskegon Community College entered the poll at number 18 this week. The Jayhawks finished sixth in their own invitational last week. They are off until October 27 when they will compete in the MCCAA/NJCAA Region XII Division I Men's Cross Country Championship at Grand Woods Park in Lansing. 

Grand Rapids Community College moved up one spot to number 21 this week. The Raiders finished seventh in the Jayhawk Invitational last week. They will next compete in the MCCAA/NJCAA Region XII Division I Men's Cross Country Championship in Lansing, MI at Grand Woods Park on October 27. 

Mott Community College dropped one spot to number 23 this week. The finished tenth at the Jayhawk Invitational last week and will next run at the MCCAA/NJCAA Region XII Division I meet in Lansing, MI.
