Columbus State enters the NJCAA Division III women's basketball poll at number 12
The Columbus State Community College women's basketball team is ranked 12th in the first NJCAA Division III women's basketball poll of 2020. The Cougars, who were not ranked in the last poll, are the 12th this week as a result of the poll expanding to include 15 teams instead of just 10. They are 9-3 overall and 1-0 in the OCCAC and have not played since December 21 when they beat Schoolcraft College. The Cougars will kick off the new year on Wednesday when they host Clark State Community College.
