Columbus State CC women's basketball team re-enter Division III poll at number 14
The Columbus State Community College women's basketball team has re-entered the NJCAA Division III women's basketball poll. The Cougars are 16-6 overall and 7-3 in the OCCAC. The Cougars went 1-1 last week losing to Division II Edison State Community College before beating Owens Community College on Saturday. They are the number one seed for this weekend's NJCAA Region XII Division III women's basketball championship at Ohio Christian University in Circleville, OH. They will play on Sunday, February 23 at 12:00 PM, against the winner of Saturday's game between Lorain County Community College and Owens Community College. Winner of the tournament will advance to District play on Saturday, February 29 at the Region IV Division III champion.
