Mid Michigan women's basketball moves up to number 14 in this week's Division II poll

The Mid Michigan College women's basketball team moved up two spots this week to number 14 in the NJCAA Division II women's basketball poll. The Lakers are 6-0 on the season after defeating Alma College JV last week. Their next game is tonight at Alpena Community College. 

Edison State Community College moved up one spot this week to number 16 in this week's poll. The Chargers are 6-1 on the season after beating Cedarville University JV. They return to action on Wednesday when they face OCCAC rival Clark State Community College. 

Macomb Community College moved up two spots to number 17 this week. The Monarchs are 9-0 on the season after beating Washtenaw Community College. They will hit hardwood again on Friday when they travel to face Aquinas College JV. 

Mott Community College is in the other schools receiving votes category for the fourth consecutive week. The Bears are 6-1 on the season and were idle last week. They are back in action on Wednesday night when they travel to Battle Creek to face Kellogg Community College. 

Cuyahoga Community College enters the poll in the other school receiving votes category this week. The Triceratops are 7-0 overall after beating Henry Ford College last week. They will play on Wednesday when they host Columbus State Community College.
