Owens CC volleyball now the unanimous number one in latest NJCAA Division III volleyball poll

The Owens Community College is number one this week in the NJCAA Division III women's volleyball poll but this week the are the unanimous choice of the voters. The Express are 30-4 overall and in first place in the OCCAC at 13-0. They were 3-0 last week beating Cuyahoga CC, number three Columbus State CC and Hocking College. They are the number one seed for the NJCAA Division III women's volleyball championship on October 26 at Owens. They return to action on Wednesday night when they host Edison State Community College in an OCCAC battle. 

Columbus State Community College is ranked third again this week. The Cougars are 20-7 overall and 11-3 in the OCCAC, they will be the number two seed for the NJCAA Division III women's volleyball championship in Perrysburg, OH on October 26, 2019. They were 2-1 last week beating Clark State Community College and Lorain County Community College but losing number one Owens Community College. They will return to the court on Wednesday when they travel to Kirtland, OH to face OCCAC rival Lakeland Community College.
